I am a certified Mind-Body-Spirit Coach and I help my clients to achieve their well-being goals.
The Mind-Body-Spirit concept derives from Deepak Chopra and its fundamental believe is that everything is connected and interrelated: your mind, your body and your spirit.
I firmly believe that each of us knows what is truly best for ourselves, even if we may have lost touch with this inner wisdom. I am here to guide you in rediscovering and tapping into your internal source of knowledge.
My Yoga
I am a certified Yoga Teacher in Vinyasa and Hatha Yoga by La Casa Shambala which is part of the Yoga Alliance.
Everyone can do Yoga. It is a great practice to connect on a deeper level with yourself (your physical, emotional body).
Yoga can improve your strength, flexibility and balance. It can improve your energy and mood, as well as sleep quality. It helps you manage stress, benefits the heart health and can relief back pain.
But for most people Yoga is just the start of a deeper journey of self-development, growth and sometimes spirituality.
My Journey
I already learned about the power of our minds and spirits when I was still a little child.
My parents introduced me to the concept of Systemic Family Constellations (a pseudoscientific therapeutic method).
In my teenage years I did a Morphic Field Reading Training (a spiritual way to connect with ‘the source’, ask questions and receive answers - mostly for another person).
I have been dancing as a hobby since 2006 and came into contact with yoga in 2015, through which I learnt to reconnect with my body, its needs and wisdom (after a lot of self-criticism and comparison).
I pursued a double degree in International Management, spending 2 years studying in Reutlingen, Germany and another 2 years in Madrid, Spain. During this time, I developed valuable skills in communication, cultural awareness, leadership, adaptability, emotional intelligence, problem-solving, time management, interpersonal relations, conflict resolution and teamwork.
In 2022 I started working for a mental health solution which offers support and growth options for employees.
After quitting my job in 2024, I now spend my time doing what I love: sharing my passion with other human beings.
