Come join our outdoor yoga sessions in one of the most beautiful spots of Rouen and Rives-en-Seine, with stunning views of the Seine. In Rouen, our sessions are in English, while in Rives-en-Seine, they’re in French.
Practicing yoga together is a great way to boost your energy and stay motivated, all while enjoying the fresh air and gorgeous scenery.

For all of you who are not living close to me, I now have an amazing opportunity for you. You can join me for our live online yoga sessions.

Private Sessions
A private yoga session offers you tailored attention and advice to deepen your practice and meet your specific needs, all in a confidential and secure setting.
Would you like to do yoga at sunrise or before dinner? Poweryoga, stretching, relaxation? Do you have injuries or pain? The session is 100% adapted to you.
