About Me

I've been meditating here and there since I was a teenager but I struggled to stick with it. It seemed as if I never find the time to meditate.

On top of that, life was a mess: I had a time where I moved nearly every 6 month to a new city or even a new country. Becoming an entrepreneur brought even more uncertainty and chaos into my life.

That’s when I realised meditation wasn’t just about relaxation or focus—it was a lifeline. A way to calm my nervous system, find clarity, and create stability even when everything around me was changing.

I have learnt to choose from the variety of meditation techniques that I have collected over the years (e.g. during my yoga teacher training or my coaching training) and to establish a regular meditation habit.

Now it is time to share this knowledge and passion with you, so you can create your own meditation practice that suits you - getting you back in the driver’s seat of your life.
